Sole arbitrator in arbitration proceedings before the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC) (3x) and the German Institute of Arbitration (DIS) (2x); counsel and secretary to the arbitral tribunal in domestic and international arbitration proceedings (DIS, ICC, Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, ad hoc); domestic and cross-border litigation for clients mainly from the industrial manufacturing and trade industry, including proceedings on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Germany; co-counsel and second-opinion arrangements with domestic and international clients in cooperation with national and international law firms.
