Dr. Christoph Torwegge, LL.M., has acted in many national (in particular GROFOR and Verein der Getreidehändler) and international (LMAA, FOSFA, GAFTA, NOFOTA, PORAM) arbitral proceedings.
He advises mainly in litigation, arbitration as well as other means of alternative dispute resolution. He is specialised in commodity trades, advising strategic cooperations as well as supply chain management for B2B and B2C transactions. He also regularly advises in export regulations matters.
Christoph is also familiar with global export controls and sanctions compliance. He has dealt with most of the categories of the dual use controls list and has deep legal and technical understanding of classification and exportlicensing requirements and related administrative actions. He has also significant experience in implementation of tailor-made internal compliance programs. Finally, he is an expert in sanctions regimes and dealing with listings and de-listings.
