A panel of current Bucerius MLB candidates will present their take on current trends and topics in the realm of international arbitration. Gleiss Lutz Disputes Partner and Bucerius alumnus Lukas Schultze-Moderow will stir dispute and the audience is invited to join in the controversy of the discussion.
Three MLB candidates with a focus on international arbitration will present on various topics they are currently researching. From new topics to new perspectives on some of the “classics” – anything is possible for this panel. Some of the presentations may stem from current Master-Thesis-work or from prior practical work of the panelists. Lukas will add a view from the trenches, aka legal practice. We look forward to controversial presentations and engaging discussion.
