- Katherine González Arrocha (Independent Arbitrator, Panama), former Director for the America at the ICC will share her insights on "Particular (practical and legal) challenges in Latin America-related arbitrations".
- Yael Ribco Borman (Senior Associate, Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, France) will explore the different notions of public policy across Latin America with a particular focus on cases involving allegations of #corruption.
- Anna-Katharina Scheffer da Silveira (In-House Scholar, MAMG Advogados, Brazil) will shed light on "ESG disputes and their (particular) relevance for Latin America".
- Javiera Gutiérrez Perlwitz (Lawyer, Claro & Cia., Chile) will explain the most important problems wish arise when "insolvency meets arbitration" and what differences there might be between LatAm jurisdictions.
