Erfahrung
Dominik specializes in specializes in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions and has advised on numerous national and cross-border matters and transactions over the past 15 years. In addition, Dominik is regularly advising as counsel in a large variety of corporate and commercial law related state court and arbitration proceedings and has developed a specific a focus on post-M&A disputes. Moreover, Dominik is regularly appointed as arbitrator in ad hoc or DIS arbitration proceedings.
